I’m all for the working man too, but I can empathize. I certainly wouldn’t want my equipment purposefully damaged. It’s one thing to strike, it’s a whole other can of worms once property damage starts getting involved. I get what you’re saying, but fundamentally I believe that if we’re going to work in a system, there should be rules of engagement which are crystal clear: X s okay, Y is not. I don’t see that big of a concession saying that property damage on purpose in a malicious way is bad.

Strike breakers can and will employ means far worse than leaving cement in some trucks. From I’ve read, the issue is that they filled up the trucks with cement, then went on strike. Meaning the company had to destroy the mixed cement and suffered losses.
