All WFH was revoked and now I’m stuck in a mostly empty office sleeping at work and being less productive because I’m stressed as fuck being in an empty cubicle farm. lol now I am more productive wfh than in office. It takes me one hour commuting to and another one commuting from office from/to home. And when I’m in office I found myself doing mundane things and wasting time doing stuff outside of work with colleagues. Now my company only requires two days in office per week and I use those for all paper works and external meetings, which is quite effective that way, and the Vietnam Veteran T-Shirt US Vietnam Veteran USA Flag moreover I will buy this other 3 days I’m more productive at home. I found out that when I sit at my office desk now, I get basically 0 done, can’t concentrate with people shuffling around lol

But then I get paid per hour, so I am the Vietnam Veteran T-Shirt US Vietnam Veteran USA Flag moreover I will buy this king in doing nothing. I carry a powerbank just in case I use my phone that much, that I drain the battery empty. I differ. If it’s a slow day I’m much less productive and less inclined to do smaller tasks that I might do at work. We’re a small team so don’t have anybody to do stuff like organising the phone directory, document procedures, etc. Busier days I’m on my own and it’s easier to focus when I’m alone and I pile through more work. Maybe it’s a personal thing. I could be the odd one but I work better when I’m not at home. Some people might be different I find that I work extra hard so I can not work. Like if I get all my work done early I can play video games the rest of the day. My productive days are far more productive and my unproductive days are worse. Overall though I have more productive days and I’m getting more done than I ever did in an office. I would say I’m more motivated to work when I’m at home. I can sign in after hours get some stuff done, free hour on the weekend to look at a problem I was stuck on, when I worked 9-5 in an office I wouldn’t dream of doing something for work after hours Yeah no shit. I was doing fuck all work at work and now i’m home and not having time wasted in meetings that I have more free time to do work when i’ve exhausted all social media options and stared at the wall for a couple hours and working seems like the least boring thing left to do. Also none of this is true but I can imagine it being true if I had a job
