Putting the Vegetables Fruits Veggies The Best Natural Medicine T-Shirt in other words I will buy this focus into itself, it sounds silly. But, I’m not great at explaining this part.Just watching how I would focus on the sanding and making each project look amazing, feel smooth from when it was rough. The slowness and calamity of the process as it moves onward. Maybe awareness of focus is the real key. As you develop improved focus being aware, while also improved awareness in deep focus. Honestly I meditate by improving skills that rely heavily on intuition. If that doesn’t work I just accept boredom there are absolutely wrong ways to do meditation, it took me a year and couple to finally get it and have a cleat perception over it Good reminder. As someone with fairly significant breathing issues, I can attest to the fact that meditation isn’t for everyone. Focusing on my breath when I feel like I’m constantly running out of breath hasn’t been very beneficial. Damm, they got Unquiet Mind Quirk lockedI am breathing in. I am breathing out. Every single human should be able to mediate to this mantra. The fact that many of us can’t do this for 10-15 mins speaks to just how far away from who we truly are as humans we have come. I’m sorry, it’s hard for me to not be snarky when I see something like this, but…what??? You do realize this makes zero sense when you break it down, yes? Sorry it doesn’t make sense to you. What I mean is, go back 10k years and ask any human to sit still without distraction for 15 minutes. You probably interrupted them doing it for hours lol. Looking at our evolutionary history, who we are as humans means: connected to nature, comfortable in our own skin, not anxious or concerned about how we look or how puffy our lips are or how big our boobs are, etc. Not worried about if my house is bigger than your house or who has the best phone. Not consumed with meaningless arguments on social media.

Being truly human means being connected to the Vegetables Fruits Veggies The Best Natural Medicine T-Shirt in other words I will buy this world around you in a symbiotic way, in Todays world we are consumers. Consumers of products and food we know nothing about the origin, consumers of media that is designed to make us feel and think a certain way, and societal pressures to “keep up with the kardashians “. Sure, how you personally want to live and act is up to you. What I am saying is historically, as a species, we have thrived when we lived in shamanic tribes that valued spiritual connection with nature and community. The society we live in today is contrary to that and I argue is a major contributor to why we have unprecedented rates of depression, anxiety, addiction, obesity, suicide, etc, I think if we can tap into those ancient practices like meditation, ceremony, community , sound healing, plant medicines etc, we can heal these issues and create a better world for our children. Our food supply is being poisoned for capital gains, our political systems favor the wealthy and there is no accountability within our government. I’m asking, isn’t it time to look back at what makes us great as humans and focus on that so we can find some relief from this global suffering.
