In short, get EVERYTHING they are promising written down on paper. Signed, including an HR or other upper management witness if possible. Make sure that you have your own physical copy of that document, and make sure that copies are filed with HR. Keep your own copy off-site in a safe place. They are already displaying red flags, so you need to assume that it is very possible that they will not honor their end of the United For Christ UFC Shirt besides I will buy this bargain. Anything not written down and signed (or at least on an e-mail that indicates who the sender was, and that this sender has authorization to make the commitments that were promised) can be easily denied. Documents can “disappear” from HR or boss’s file cabinets. Electronic copies can be altered or erased.

United For Christ UFC Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Hope you won’t need protection, but in my experience you cannot trust employers to stick to, or “remember”, promises until they actually fulfill those promises. Ask them to please clarify what knowledge, skills, and outcomes they are expecting to see for the United For Christ UFC Shirt besides I will buy this position and what evaluations will be done to confirm that these are to their level of comfort. How will the growth be assessed? What metrics are being used to evaluate it? What’s the time scale for evaluations and feedback? What methods of communication will be used to discuss these things moving forward? How long is this “growth period” planned to last until they find a replacement if you do not meet their qualifications? I have also been kept there with enhanced responsibilities, more work and longer hours with no change in title or pay.
