Just depends. I find the Uab Ncaa Football Jacob Zeno Caricature Youth shirt moreover I love this norm in my group is 8-5. Some people are working 7-6 but that’s not the norm for most. What you’re personally willing to accept plays a big part in this. I used to work for a huge Chinese company, official hours 9-5:30. It was not uncommon for the office to still be full at 7pm, o decided to look like a good employee so stuck around until others started leaving. One day you try and leave at 5:30 and everyone’s like “oh early finish is it?” I would regularly be there till 9pm. After a year I told them to fuck off. If there’s a project or something time sensitive that needs to be done then sure I’ll stay and muck in, but if they expect you to stay after your contracted hours to just carry on working I’d be out of there. If swimming with the rest the of the fish as a cohesive school matters to you and seems integral to the culture in the office then maybe consider coming in at 8 one morning and see who all is there. Try leaving at 6 one day and see who all is still there.

However, with that being said, it is not totally unlikely that entire the Uab Ncaa Football Jacob Zeno Caricature Youth shirt moreover I love this reason why all the other folks in the office are coming in “earlier” and leaving “later” is for the exact same reason that you are asking about. They either aren’t sure what the actual culture and expectation are or they’re just doing because the guy in the office next to him does. Bottom line is this: if this is a source of stress or anxiety for you and it is affecting your work then consider asking what the expectation is. Just remember that every minute of your time is valuable, not just as a worker but as a human being. Is it really worth an extra 5 or 6 hours of your week to come into work early and leave later? Early in my career, I frequently stayed a little bit later to sit with colleagues, learn additional skills and that helped me form relationships when most of the office left for the day. It showed dedication and I was able to form a professional bond with the executives and middle managers who saw my ambition and potential and invested in me. If you actually just come in earlier and leave later for a week, you’ll learn all of this information for yourself.
