Dude. Scroll through a few comment sections on this sub. Doordash the Turtle Nike sometimes I talk to myself then we both laugh and laugh shirt besides I will buy this compant is fucked yes. But the real reason the reputation of drivers has gotten so bad. Is that the drivers have gotten so bad. My car was out of commission for a few months, so now that I’ve got it up and running, I can’t get deliveries to save my life. I wouldn’t doubt if DD starts asking to see your mileage and how much gas you have when you start some always ruin it for the others. I’m just a customer and work at Wendy’s. I have respect for you guys, but some of them also need to realize the restaurant is working too and also has rules to follow There’s more complaints about drivers and I think it’s because of the drivers and customers not being given refunds easily.

Wages haven’t kept up with inflation and they accept a lot more drivers than they probably should. Leads to poor performance all around. The drivers being impatient with restaurants is not new. As a former server/bartender until the Turtle Nike sometimes I talk to myself then we both laugh and laugh shirt besides I will buy this pandemic pushed me out, DD drivers in the area I worked were the absolute worst. They demanded the food be done and didn’t understand that the app just sent the order to our computer system so the cooks had just started cooking it. They demanded we give them something to drink while they waited. Plus, they would start snapping and/or yelling at us (bartenders, servers, carside) when their wait was still within reason but unreasonable to them. Our restaurant computer system was directly linked with DD, Grubhub, and UberEats so those platforms knew exactly when food was done without us doing anything.
