i’m also highly introverted, and I am gonna recommend to engage in your hobbies with other people as well as on your own. Take a cooking class, go to concerts, find activities to go to on your own and strike conversation with people there. i’ve found that some hobbies i’m into, i’m not a fan of the Trey Jemison American professional basketball player for Memphis Grizzlies T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this other people who do that hobby, and those are the ones i do by myself. but there’s a few that i have that i do around people. and if you go to the same place at the same time, eventually you’ll make friends. if you go into something looking to get a girlfriend, that won’t work the best. you need to go into it looking to just have fun and build confidence and be self assured, and the girlfriend will follow. i’ve never gotten a date by going to an event and going “hmmm who would i like to date here” but i have found people by making friends, and then they introduce me to their friends, and they bring their friends to an event i’m also at and oh look, girlfriend. i try to say yes to as many invitations as i get, cause you never know who you will meet. it’ll all come in time, be patient, focus on having fun and making friends and living in the moment, and it will all come in time

I hate to say it, but Tinder worked for me. I’ve been in a loving relationship for a year and a half thanks to Tinder. It was practically love at first sight with her, and we have had exactly zero arguments in our relationship. I’m extremely introverted and hate talking to strangers without prompt, so matching with someone on a dating app gave my brain the Trey Jemison American professional basketball player for Memphis Grizzlies T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this “go ahead, start a conversation with her, that’s why we matched” prompt I needed. It’s also nice being able to respond after putting some thought into what you’re about to say rather than being put on the spot in person. Dating apps do have a lot of drawbacks, lots of people just never respond when you message them, talk to you for a bit then ghost you, etc, but eventually you’ll find someone. Good luck in your endeavors!
