Don’t presume that you are in a relationship just because you are having sex or dating a lot. Don’t be pushy about it, but don’t be afraid to ask if you are confused about where you stand with her. I’m not a good looking guy. I’m an introverted socially awkward nerd. I had to learn to date through trial and error. The main thing I learned is that there’s really nothing special to it. There’s a lot of bad advice on here. I’m someone who didn’t have a serious relationship until I was in my 30s also thinking it would happen naturally, and it did. I was like you and nervous in my 20s about not having a relationship but in my experience I found out that nervousness made it worse. It sounds like you’re getting nervous but you need to stop. The most important thing I found was self love and then everything falls into place. Honestly I wish I had never even bothered in my early twenties. Just saved all my money, went travelling, bought my own house if I could have saved enough and then IF I was done being a solo act, tried to find someone who added something to my life – rather than replaced it. Do more stuff you want to do, set goals and make actionable steps to achieve them, take care of your health (don’t have to be ripped just healthy) and the confidence will grow. You’ll be fine man. Stay frosty! Literally my life too lol. I’m a woman (22) tho so maybe I’ve been more so conditioned to believe that making the first step towards a guy would be “weird” or that guys would be creeped out by me so I’ve never actually dared to put myself out there and just waited for someone to come up to me. But I fully understand that if everyone has that mindset, we’ll all end up single and alone since nobody wants to do the hardest part of reaching out first. Maybe the key is to stop fearing rejection, which is A LOT easier said than done but that would make it so much less horrifying to ask someone out or initiate a conversation.
