Mine feel the Top brighton colorado est 1887 shirt it is in the first place but need to start being active at 4am. I don’t even get up at 4am for work let alone on the weekend. I kick them out and shut the door. My little sister had a cat named Nitro (irony here), and this cat had major zoomies every night, and my sister barely got her sleep and was still in school. Everyone else closed their doors, and the other cats were barely around when Nitro was up to no good Everyone needed their sleep, so after a while, my sister had to leave her cat outside her door when he started his zoomies. He didn’t like it at first, but when it had been like a week, the other cats kinda showed him why he had to be outside of the room. The zoomies got less, and he was still a tail on my sister.

You need your sleep, and the Top brighton colorado est 1887 shirt it is in the first place but cat has to respect that. The more you put out the cat outside of the room, the more sleep you get if the cat doesn’t go bananas in other rooms. Just make sure the cat has access to toys. Maybe put out a worn t-shirt and put it on the couch. Your cat will have your scent fresh and maybe calms down I love my cat with every fibre in my body but I already have issues sleeping. I had to lock him out because after nearly 2 weeks of close to no sleep a night. It was affecting me mentally. When I lived in an apartment and my cats were little kittens, I ended up having to buy a large ferret cage for them to be in when I slept or was at class. Otherwise they’d have insane zoomies and destroy literally everything they could. Running across shelves smashing everything, knocking over my computer, knocking the TV over, etc etc. Eventually they grew out of their insanity enough to be able to be left loose in the house, but I still don’t let them sleep in bed with me. One is very much a night owl, up all night, and the other drools a lot. My cat steps on my throat while I’m sleeping to wake me. I still feel guilty but I know I am keeping myself sane
