Explain to me how robbing a regular person who owns a property legally and rents it out at a rate you agreed to pay contractually is not being a leech? You expect free housing ? If you didn’t pay rent for 18 months it doesn’t matter how much of a deposit you saved, there’s absolutely no way you’d be getting a mortgage with your credit rating as in tatters as it would be. All of you people who think the Tom Holland The Crowded Room Movie shirt and by the same token and ex tenant is going to lose everything in court are forgetting all the COVID rental/eviction rules that were everywhere. Every county/state/city had different rules – it was all chaos. The ex tenant/now a homeowner will not lose their house even if they have to declare bankruptcy. Which they may not have to, we don’t know.

Tom Holland The Crowded Room Movie shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

There’s multiple states that essentially let tenants rob landlords for 2 years lol, it’s government sanctioned squatting The only information we know is that its a rent condition that both parties agreed, and instead of following said agreement, 1 party just broke off. Its like if a business owner promised yearly bonus, and its written in the Tom Holland The Crowded Room Movie shirt and by the same token and contract, then fires you before the year ends. This sub will get up in arms about that, but when its a renter doing the scummy shit? lets all get behind the scum instead. And probably can. We can all shit on landlords (and deservedly so in many cases) but contracts that you all sign are real, not just fancy paper. If you agree to pay an amount and you receive a service, someone will get their money back in court
