Exactly. Many people move (military for example) but keep the TedeschI trucks band meadow brook amphitheatre july 14 2023 rochester hills mI poster shirt moreover I will buy this house for when they come back. Then they have 2 payments possibly. I did that exact thing. I’m military, own a condo, and rented it out right before i got deployed. As soon as I was out of the country, dude stopped paying rent, and I couldn’t really do much about it on the other side of the world as he wasn’t answering any calls or anything else either. Came back home and he still wasn’t paying, and I needed to rent my own place so I was paying a mortgage and rent, trying to work things out with this person so I wouldn’t have them end up homeless. Eventually they just disappeared leaving me with 17 grand gone, all my savings, just so they could take advantage of me when I was deployed

Too much inherent risk, and short term renting (less than 30 days in most places) is probably better. I can’t get past the fact that apparently this person just let their tenant not pay rent for over a year and a half? At what point do you just give it to them?
