But if not? That’s fine, too. You just need to make sure that you are buying food which is actually healthy for you, which can be more of a challenge – your ready-to-eat options at a supermarket are usually better than McDonald’s… I’m with you, my situation is a bit different past several years lve gone vegan, and if l want to eat according to my lifestyle, and within my diet restrictions l gotta cook my own foods. I haven’t eaten out since l became vegan due to same, in not expecting anyone to conform to my diet needs but me. What it done right l gotta cook it myself. And l would not have it any other way. I live solo and if I get a dinner from a place it lasts me 3 days and is cheaper than buying groceries. I will say if I was ok eating the Tigger is public domain shirt moreover I will buy this same thing everyday I may be able to score groceries cheaper. I had toast and a protein shake for breakfast. Other go tos are cereal and bagels or a granola bar and yogurt. Or no breakfast.

Tigger is public domain shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Lunch is usually something quick I can grab like a granola bar or a reheated slice of pizza or a cup of Mac n cheese or leftover or a bagel. Or no lunch. Dinner might be a frozen pizza. Takeout (seldom anymore.) A box of Mac n cheese. Leftovers. A premade meal you just heat up like lasagna or something. Nachos. A sandwich. A frozen skillet meal. A tv dinner. Something from a box like striders stuffing w a bag of frozen steamed veggies and some Turkey deli meal. Or ramen/cup of soup. I do cook from scratch sometimes. But I also use pre-made stuff, eg. pasta sauce, pre-cooked foods like the Tigger is public domain shirt moreover I will buy this occasional frozen pizza, and sometimes just have a bowl of cereal. Prepared, vac sealed, refrigerated meals are getting better and better. We get a lot from Costco, like bagged meatballs and pasta, baked scalloped potatoes, lasagna, etc.
