After finishing the Tiger Heavy Tank Shirt in addition I really love this Crucible in Marine Corps boot camp, we were instructed “do not lock your knees while standing for the ceremony or you will pass out” Locking the knees can indeed lead to fainting as it hinders the flow of blood to the brain. The lack of circulation often leads to a light-headed feeling and can end in the individual fainting. The best way to avoid this situation, if you have to stand for a prolonged period of time, is to bend your knees. i don’t quite understand…what exactly about this meditation was so intense? what is “standing meditation”? can you describe these practices in greater detail? no, this is not normal at all. people should not faint in meditation with any more regularity than they faint in other normal activities.

See my other response to a comment please. So standing wss literslly standing still trying not to move at all and focus on the Tiger Heavy Tank Shirt in addition I really love this different parts of the body while breathing. Perhaps i put too much emphasis in trying not to move the body and too much energy fighting my mind back to the breathing? zen masters in ancient times sometimes killed their students to wake them up , crazy wisdom indeed for 1000 a.d. those zen stories of teachers taking drastic action are one thing (none of which involve killing students, fwiw). what OP experienced is another. I’ve done two sponsored videos now, and both times they’ve completely flopped on views. It makes me feel terrible because when the sponsor is paying me based on a ~100k view average, I almost feel like I’m ripping them off by delivering significantly less than that. In the most recent case, views have flatlined at 8k after a couple days, and it doesn’t look like they’ll be picking up again.
