They are applying the Thor love and thunder 4 Marvel shirt In addition,I will do this Constitution correctly. If you don’t like it pass a federal law. Harassing them at home is nothing but an emotional outburst. Ma’am, your uterus is clearly public property, subject to the ruling of a court of mostly old white guys. But a home, now that’s sacred and super-duper important. Protesting at their homes is very much the move. They need to be reminded that they are civil servants not aristocrats. They work for us, we do not work for them. May not be the standard, but I don’t hate it. They should be concerned because what they are doing is concerning. I’m pro-choice to a certain point, but even I know that the constitution in no way gives you a right to an abortion. Roe was a horrible ruling and another attempt by SCOTUS to solve a problem that needed to be solved by the states or congress. If abortion is to be legal nationwide then congress must pass that bill and the president must sign it. Or each individual state has their right to make their own laws concerning it. I know this is a hot discussion, but honestly it’s a shame we are having it. The court should’ve never ruled the way it did. The coward politicians should have been forced to act decades ago when this happened. SCOTUS is not where policy is to be made. If marching on peoples homes is the new way of democracy, society has failed. Why don’t these people just vote for the laws they want explicitly. The Supreme Court is not a law making branch of government for it would have too much power not even being elected by the people. This isn’t even a women’s rights issue whatsoever.

You mean like 50 years of stare decisis? This decision is bullshit, and this is coming from an attorney. Whoever leaked this did the Thor love and thunder 4 Marvel shirt In addition,I will do this right thing. No crime was committed. I don’t know, or frankly care, whether the person who leaked the draft was conservative or liberal, but whoever they are, they have broken no law. Typically, in the USA, we prosecute people if they have broken a law, not because they said or did something we don’t like. Congressional electees are supposed to represent the will of their constituents. Protesting at their houses is demonstrating the will of the people. Justices are supposed to rule based on their opinion of the law, not public pressure. Theoretically the whole nation could protest outside their doors and it shouldn’t sway their opinion. If your point of view is that the nation has become hopelessly partisan, and the balance of power in the House and Senate doesn’t reflect the will of the people, I agree with you. If you think the solution to that is to have the Supreme Court rule in favor of what you want, then you’ve missed the point. If you can’t get it through Congress, you need to be knocking down their doors. I know it’s easier to focus your rage on fewer targets, especially when so many of them feel like illegitimate, stolen picks, but your avenue should be the one that is supposed to be the first to bow to public pressure: the legislative branch. That doesn’t really hold when the justices involved rule in an activist way that disregards 50 years of precedent.
