If you’re struggling to make ends meet at $15/hour then you need help figuring out how to manage your finances not a raise. That should amount to around 65~67k a year on an 8hr work day, 6 days a week. Sounds completely fair to me. Here in myThings I Do In My Spare Time – Love Golf Shirt In addition,I will do this country 25/hr would be really damn high, but then again there’s a lot of other factors involved. From what I know of in America, depending on where you live (as in less expensive vs more expensive areas), I would consider 20~25/hr a living wage. Could also depend on other included things though. Like if they had fair healthcare coverage, 4 weeks paid vacation a year, and a mandatory 15 min break per 4 hours worked, with a guaranteed fair pay raise and at least a year of job security (so no being fired unless you REALLY screw up) I could understand 15~20/hr as well. (once again, based on area) $25 an hour lmao. I’m an entry level design engineer and I’m making $21 an hour. I know I’m getting underpaid but come on.

Paying unskilled labor $25 an hour is a complete joke. Go learn a skill or go to trade school if you want to earn higher wages working a trade/laborer. Ok so now instead of a wage increase, you’ll lose all your wages because jeffs gonna end up replacing y’all with robots. If you want a wage increase, get another job. This logic will cause the Things I Do In My Spare Time – Love Golf Shirt In addition,I will do this inflation to become even worse For those saying “wow impossible that’s too high” have probably been so accustomed to getting screwed by corporations and gotten used to this terrible life. Man it just hit me how american is full of wage pirates…everyone deserves a living wage and we all know 20 bucks an hour ain’t a living wage.. But in American the average rent prices are higher than Europe or Asia and health insurance is expensive af. After the deductions the quality of life won’t be that much different. Your being downvoted for saying straight facts, the cold hard truth that people don’t wanna hear, sometimes the truth doesn’t want to be heard by majority, it’s like arguing with a group of feminists that are delusional about something and think they are right The segment posted an operating loss of $206 million during the quarter, a significant deterioration from operating income of $2.9 billion in the year-ago quarter. Yay! Starting $25 per hour one months compliance and keep it upping $1 per month with initial notice that if it goes six months then total walk out at $31 per hour which is where you guys should be now. Inflation is going up and you can’t stop that. You must act now and show you are serious perhaps after one month strike option One day two months etc. six months and six days in a row total shut down. Make clear that if it keeps up twelve months then that will be a starting wage of $37 per hour. Make the point that to settle on $25 min per hour is the absolute cheapest option. Make the point that if it drags on after twelve months then the minimum goes up two dollars each month they resist. Just remember that the people who are saying fuck you and your $25 per hour are on multi million dollar per year arrangements.just remember they are on around $5,000 per hour and you are asking for $25 per hour?
