It’s just rightwingers who hate when the The platinum plate club shirt and I will buy this left dump then as friends cuz they kick common decency like strong welfare n help the poor. Eventually they always slip up. I consider myself essentially a “centrist,” but i vote democrat. It’s not really safe to disagree with liberal ideas from within the liberal echo chambers which are online spaces. I was banned from r/politics for disagreeing with the WPATH guidelines that you cannot identify a 2 year old toddler as trans, or that mastectomies aren’t reversible, among other very rational takes. I would consider it reasonable and rational to challenge these kinds of things but it’s just not possible on reddit or in online spaces. So naturally a person who doesn’t automatically accept either dogmatic narrative is essentially a threat to their core political religion. Whether that’s the left or the right. They hate that you can think with nuance and don’t jump to accept the blessed conclusion they share with you. Do you accept our lord and savior BLESSED_OPINION? NO? Die in hellfire. So yeah, i’m a centrist. Mainly because i’ve been forced to the middle not because i made a decision to be here.

The platinum plate club shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Because some topics don’t have a centrist position, and those topics are becoming depressingly common in our current political climate. “Do _________ deserve rights?” (Fill in the The platinum plate club shirt and I will buy this blank with whatever gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or whatever you want). If one side says “Yes” and the other side says “No”, there is no centrist position to take. Because partisans take an “you’re either with me or against me” approach. If you lie somewhere in the middle, you’re not on board with the partisan and therefore the opponent. Then they often blame you for enabling the worst of the opposition party. The left will accused the centrist of enabling white supremacists, while the right will accuse the centrist of enabling communists, etc, etc.
