Guys— this was an 8-1 decision. If the The Pirates Are Coming One Piece Live Action Shirt moreover I love this laws should be changed, then complain about the laws. It makes no sense to complain about the court when they are just looking at what the laws say. Workers strike for better pay, employer sues and gets a judgment. Employee then gives workers better pay so they can collect on the judgment and get their money back tax free. Dystopian indeed. Billionaires rejoice. SMH. Something has to be done about the supreme court. It is just another arm of the GOP. They ruled that intentional acts of vandalism are not protected, which means that they can be litigated in court rather than going through the labor board where strike disputes are otherwise handled. Lot of bullshit outrage about this 8:1 ruling. Anyone with half a brain should have realized that intentionally waiting until concrete trucks were loaded before walking off the job so that the concrete would harden and ruin the tumblers would not be protected. They could have staged the walkout before the start of the shift. Now it will be up to the courts to determine if the union is liable.

According to the The Pirates Are Coming One Piece Live Action Shirt moreover I love this brief of the case, the contract expired without the two being able to come to a resolution, and as a result, union workers went on strike. However, the work day had already begun, and concrete was already being mixed and delivered when the union ordered a work stoppage. The cement-truck drivers turned around on their delivery routes and drove their trucks back to the concrete plant, and the company had to use “emergency maneuvers” to get the concrete off the trucks before it dried. In this particular case, yes, the union’s order caused demonstrable harm to the company and a lot of money by not SAFELY shutting down operations. SCOTUS has made a LOT of bad decisions in recent years, but this one is not without merit. The Union should’ve said “Finish your shifts and the workday and all your duties as normal THEN we go on strike.” and they wouldn’t have had a problem.
