Its a massive failing on the The most magical facts of Harry Potter patterns shirt Apart from…,I will love this part of the system in general – the assumption that a family unit exists to co-ordinate a seniors care, and one that is only going to spiral even worse as more and more people have only one child, or none. Note – cause I know this won’t be popular- I am not saying it’s a reason to have children- just that it’s incorrect to say it’s not a “con” as thread title suggests. It’s not what people want to hear. They’d rather have the idealized unrealistic version upvoted, not the sad uncomfortable cold truth. That’s the downside of democratic upvoting on Reddit. The majority decides what gets seen and what doesn’t, but experts are not the majority. I’ve been curious for a while about how helpful a patient advocate might be. Would most of these people benefit from someone whose job it is to make sure that they get good healthcare and treatment? Or are they usually not that helpful for these situations? I hate this as well. I have two kids and while it would nice if they do take care of me when I’m older, I don’t expect it. I’m planning for my own future to make sure I’m taken care of and have my needs met. I want my kids to be able to build their lives, take care of themselves and do the things they want to do. I’ll always keep a healthy and close relationship with my kids. I adore them but they aren’t my retirement plan. I had them so I could watch them grow and become independent people.

My husband’s grandmother is in her mid 80s and still caring for her 60 year old daughter with a severe intellectual disability. Again- speaking as a healthcare worker who covers shifts in an out of assisted living facilities as an allied agent (not my main job, but I do help out when needed)- there’s several things you can do. One- investigate if your jurisdiction has anyone that will work as a trustee on behalf on your child when you can’t. Sometimes this The most magical facts of Harry Potter patterns shirt Apart from…,I will love this will involve a fee, other times it may be a social service. This can be to assist with things like setting up any accounts to handle money, making care or living arrangements or POA for medical decisions.
