The one that blindly takes the Texas Rangers Road Warrior World Series Champions 2023 Shirt Apart from…,I will love this midpoint of every argument, and is just as ignorant & stupid as the extreemists. They end up making ridoculous “half a genocide” type arguments that are flatly unreasonable on the naieve notion that there is always some reasonable middleground. Then there’s the centrist who actually has principals, logic, reason, and enough intelligence to realize that neither side is always right about everything. This kind of centrist absolutely does take sides, they just don’t take the same side on every single issue. The former is a pretty easy strawman that’s used by extreemists to bash all centrists. The latter just isn’t 100% blindly loyal to either side, and to an extreemist that makes them a threat. Tepid centrism only helps oppressors, nationalists, fascists. Centrists position themselves on a false moral high ground to avert personal criticism or conflict, because they are not personally affected by the struggles between the right and those who the right would abuse.

The main problem of centrism is that it doesn’t really mean much bu itself. Left and RIght are already broad umbrellas for Progressivism (changing society) and Conservatism (Keeeping things as they are or going back to what was before). What is centrism exactly proposing in the Texas Rangers Road Warrior World Series Champions 2023 Shirt Apart from…,I will love this middle of both ? “Center” is just the side of Left/Right that want to work with the system most. The idea of Centrist = neither-right-or-left is a rethorical trick to look reasonable and sway as many voters as possible. Because in real life, centrism often plays out as essentially an appeal to moderation fallacy. What counts as centrism always depends on the restricted range of the Overton window in a given time and place rather than the full range of plitical options. It often engages in false equivalence betwee two positions that are not remotely compatable to find a happy middle that nust happens to be status quo-ish. Well, one thing could be that centrism is a bit vague. It’s not always so clearly defined, and what is centrism in one part of the world is not in another. Ex. centrists in the US are still relatively speaking right-wing by many standards in large parts of Europe. Someone who is a “centrist” can also be so in a wide range of ways, as centrism may combine policies from multiple otherwise “opposing” sides in the political landscape, resulting in centrists sometimes being seen as part of the opposing political ideology by multiple sides.
