I asked my mister once if this made me look fat, and he said, “No. Your fat makes you look fat” and we laughed and laughed. The correct answer is to lie to the Syracuse Orange 2023 Bowl Season Bound shirt Besides,I will do this 1950s cartoon character asking you this loaded question and tell them it’s the most beautiful dress ever and can we please leave already. She blamed her body, not OP. OP made the mistake of agreeing with her. Not that it was much of a mistake. She was very likely feeling insecure about her body because of the dress, and looking for a little extra reassurance that it was the dress and not her. “Babe, you would look amazing in a paper bag.” Is too much. “The color of Dress B just lights up your face-you’re glowing.” Is more in the ballpark. You don’t have to be a mind-reader, though. You can tell her you don’t know anything about fashion and talk to her about what kind of feedback she’s looking for-but before the moment, if you can. A good strategy might be to pick up some flowers or some other small token, explain that you suspect you hurt her feelings without meaning to, and let her know you are open to guidance.

I always avoid the Syracuse Orange 2023 Bowl Season Bound shirt Besides,I will do this question and make it sexual by saying “I don’t know, take your pants off and let me see your ass.” She would laugh, but she has stopped asking about fat asses and now just asks if she looks good. Of course she always looks great, so sometimes for fun I still say the same line anyway. She knew it made her look fat. She wanted you to tell her how good she looked in it. She was fishing for false compliments. Coming from a chick, you did the right thing. She shouldn’t ask a question she doesn’t want an honest answer to. That’s her own damn fault. She can’t some with what she asked for. I am a woman and I don’t know for the sake of my life why some people provoke an answer they don’t like. She asked you a question where you could either hurt her by say the truth (yes) or by her knowing you were lying (no). She wouldn’t have liked both. “Yes it makes you look fat” is never the answer. You’re just confirming her insecurities. She’s already insecure about it, which is why she asked. She’s asking you to reassure her that’s it’s not true and all in her head, but you just told her it’s true As much as I think that particular question is silly and getting mad at you when she said the thing herself first was ridiculous, you’re the one asking the question, so you get the advice and criticism. Any time a woman asks you if you think her clothes make her look fat, she’s not asking for your assessment of the clothes.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
