Yeah, and even if it wasn’t the Sunflower Blessed To Be Called Mom Mothers Day Watercolor T-Shirt in addition I really love this guy who hit him, it would be the city or county prosecutor’s office, not the police. I get the ACAB sentiment but the anger is being misdirected here. I hope the other guy sues for harassment. It’s not enough to be randomly attacked, but now months later have charges pressed for being a victim? The white guy is pressing charges, in Alabama you can do that directly. (only state you can do that). it’s not going to go anywhere, they just want to try and make his life difficult bc they are salty Hate-filled right-wingers charging a black man for injuring the knuckles of some white racists. Where have I seen that before? Charlottesville. A white supremacist charged a black man being beaten by a bunch of white guys with boards with assault because he tried to defend himself. I am sorry but how is this not a bigger deal? There are like 3-4 angles of that video and no shot of the hat landing. This sounds like misinformation for outrage baiting purposes. It’s all on tape, this shouldn’t even be hard to prove.

It’s one of the Sunflower Blessed To Be Called Mom Mothers Day Watercolor T-Shirt in addition I really love this aggressors who got his ass kicked who is now trying to file charges on the dock worker. The police have made a statement saying that hey only have the dock worker listed as a victim in their reports. Also, why ACAB? The police don’t file charges. The prosecutor does that. Also, as noted above, it was the other person that filed the charges, not even the prosecutor. While he likely shouldn’t be charged, it is worth noting that 5 other (white) people were charged. 2 of whom have pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault. The remaining 3 have upcoming court dates. The complainant in this case (one of those charges with assault) claims the captain hit him first. Not that the captain started the fight, but that he hit this particular individual first.
