Oh yes, in one of my very first companies, the Straight Outta Dallas Sports 2023 Ornament Shirt Furthermore, I will do this HR was notorious for always threatening “I will ruin your career if you don’t resign. No one will ever hire you again” Yes. I worked at a media house. It’s a very unorganised sector and works on chamchagiri. She was like the boss’ henchman. lol. They manipulated new comers (fresh out of college students) to work without a contract saying it’s not necessary. Another person died in a fight while on holiday. HR removed all traces of his existence so his family wouldn’t come up to them for support. One HR literally locked in an employee in a glass conference room to force her to resign on the spot. We could all see her but were terrified to do anything. She was the one threatening to ruin everyone’s career. Sleazy HR made another pregnant woman’s life miserable. She would dock her pay for being minutes late. Never mind that she always stayed back extra hours. Another HR would send us time sheets asking for explanations for discrepancy in in and out times. Even when we went outstation for work. LOL. They would hold up our pay till the time sheet was satisfactorily vetted. One HR joined our “fun” private whatsapp group made by an office colleagues but only for sharing memes. It was completely unofficial. Later she used it as a tool to call our department unprofessional.

Damn, that is sad. Just goes to show how much shit people are willing to deal with in order to hold on to their jobs. For 4th one, i blame all the Straight Outta Dallas Sports 2023 Ornament Shirt Furthermore, I will do this employees for not supporting that girl. When you are not able to do anything inside a safe premise, tgese same ppl expect strangers to help them on road. Shame on all her co workers. I think karma gave you this lesson if the whole management is ill intentioned over there.. then its going to be a living hell to continue working in that organisation… If you’re fired you are generally paid a severance. I believe severance at the least is basic pay x notice period as per contract. Plus in case of wrongful termination for instance your maternity leave the company is open to a case that they don’t want to handle. Unfortunately there’s a third problem, something called a experience certificate or character certificate or something in which they write “conduct was good”. I’ve see colleagues threatened with if you don’t resign we’ll give you a bad conduct certificate and fuck around during back ground verification. I have never ever been asked for a character certificate in my 10+ years working. And if they put that bullshit on the experience letter, you can just say that you dont have one because the old company refused to give it. Payslips for the duration of employment and Form 16’s are enough to prove that you did indeed work for the company.
