My friend never stayed single longer than two weeks from high school on. She never really seemed to be in a relationship. It seemed more like she just didn’t want to be alone and have someone care about her. How is the Sonic ice cream sonic & Shadow ice cream menu shirt and I love this wrong question. Being single or in a couple (or more) isn’t right or wrong. Those options are not an end game. Being happy in either position is the goal. I’d rather be happy alone than miserable together. I do acknowledge that happy and together is better. But just “together” sucks. I realized after a few responses I probably worded my question badly. I meant ‘how’ in a more literal sense, like how do people pick up relationships so quickly and how do they stay more comfortable across multiple relationships than they seemingly ever are when single. Not a judgment question, more a process question.

I’m very much an introvert. I have a VERY small circle – my Sonic ice cream sonic & Shadow ice cream menu shirt and I love this family and my coworkers….and my one person. That’s it. I’m a supervisor at work – I’m chatty and social with coworkers (I have to be), but I can’t vent to coworkers, and I can’t be “me” to coworkers because I have to be “professional me,” which isn’t really me. I do not socialize with coworkers outside of work – it would not be appropriate in my position. My family is wonderful – but let’s face it, there are some things that you just can’t talk to your mother or your children about. I’m very comfortable in my own skin, I’m confident, I’m well adjusted. I just need a good bit of space and alone time and have no desire to have friends. But, like everyone, I need someone.
