At five years, about 2% were then cis. All but one detransitioned before the age of 9. One did so at 11, after about six months of blockers. Nobody did after starting HRT. 317 kids, and the general consensus seems to be that if that (1) kids generally are right about their own gender identity, and (2) if they’re wrong (a small percentage) they’ll figure it out between 10 and 13 which seems to be a critical period, one covered by blockers as HRT doesn’t get initiated until 15 or 16.
