all of it stops because the Snoopy And Woodstock New Zealand Rugby On Car 2023 shirt it is in the first place but game wont live up to the dream people have constructed. they arent selling a game, theyre selling a dream. Called it. Watching people defend this game over the years and the “I only paid a few dollars and I had fun” folks are just as bad. Purchasing power means something. Everyone who “donated” is responsible for what happened, time for that humble pie. Do the devs throw their PC’s away after every shift and buy new ones for the morning? I dont understand what could consume that much money. Oml it’s been in development for longer, they swapped out the engine, they’re completely overhauling their server communication system to allow mmo features that haven’t been used in the industry before. I’m so tired of the “but 500 million” argument because they didn’t just use that money for development, they also created their entire fucking studio when all of the other games listed had existing studios or were backed by multibillion dollar companies. That’s a fact right there, the game is as limited as elite dangerous right now in terms of things to do, compared to what starfield promises without mods. What a difference a leader and direction do in game development. One game will be released in 3 months, the other one don’t even communicate about the solo part. There is a reason and the over the top promises of star citizen kinda explains that (and mastermind marketing, why finish a game when whales pump thousands in a bêta) You can fall if you reach lightspeed without fastening your seatbelt. You can also litter thanks to object permanence. You can also spend fuel on a trip only to notice you forgot your helmet and need to get back home to get it, refuel and finally reach your destination if you didn’t get raid by pirates on the way.

Oh and you can clip through elevator to end up directly into space and die alone in the Snoopy And Woodstock New Zealand Rugby On Car 2023 shirt it is in the first place but immensity of space. Can Starfield do it ? I don’t think so. Sadly the same fate will befall Ashes of Creation. Great concept. Great ideas. But the most recent gameplay looks like total trash for how deep in the dev cycle they are. Sad but true. ‘s will keep pumping $$$$ into this so as long as that continues they will never release the game. It will handed over from one generation of devs to the next until donations reach the quintillions. Star Citizen’s community shares half of the blame. They absolutely refuse to keep the developer accountable, and actually praise them for releasing garbage. Other than the multiplayer aspect, Spaceborne 2 probably will scratch the itch of players at a far cheaper price too… At some point I’m sure they wanted to make a great game, but nowadays it’s clear they’re really just selling the idea of a great game The game will never be finished. Chris Roberts is behind it. He’s notoriously known for not being able to actually finish a damn game and keeps adding new stuff. Everybody’s beloved Freelancer would still be in development if Microsoft hadn’t bought Digital Anvil and kicked Chris out. This time around, however, Chris has crowdfunding and doesn’t require a rich company to buy his studio so he can get more money. And it’s been working like a charm all these years.
