As someone else stated, this is a feature of AAVE, African American Vernacular English, and the Seiya Suzuki Japanese professional baseball outfielder Chicago C State T-Shirt but in fact I love this dialect uses a pronunciation that dates back over 1000 years. yeah, it’s almost like languages are complicated and have a myriad of interpretations that are valid, which is why dialects exist!! This word reminds me of an English test I had in grade 8. I’m German and English is a foreign language for me. In an English test we had some words and we had to write sentences where we used these words. One of the words was “salmon”. I had no idea what it meant and just wrote: “There was a salmon downtown.” I don’t think either of these are pronunciation errors. They’re worse than that, they are instances of people using the wrong word entirely.

True, Who/whom is the Seiya Suzuki Japanese professional baseball outfielder Chicago C State T-Shirt but in fact I love this wrong word and a grammar issue but “should of” is a wrong word because of the pronunciation. Of and ‘ve are homophones in verbal speech, and the abbreviation is the most common to use when speaking. Although I do hate when people write “of” instead of have or ‘ve, due to not understanding that the sound represents a totally different word. I’ve had who v whom explained to me countless times and I still can’t get it correct. I’d say I’m a reasonably intelligent person with a decent grasp on English but this one just evades me. Here’s the weird thing. I am not native English either but who / whom for some reason sounds weird when wrong. I wouldn’t be able to explain the rules, whether in English or my native language, but it sounds weird.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
