I’m guessing they’re going with canon with him being there. I’m pretty certain the Scary 2b and 9s nier automata shirt and I will buy this guy at the funeral he says don’t I know you to was the guy who killed his parents (It says on the news their murder was never found). Or you can say Carmine had a thug kill his parents for some money and then he killed the thug and hid the body. I like this 2 scenes from the orphan mansion and the riddler’s hideout, that the cops look at the batman, he magically disappear silently instead that his foot step (walking) loud af. the first time we witnessed detective bruce wayne in full The shot of Catwoman on the rooftop and Batman just walking out from the pillar was stellar! I loved the characterization and arc of batman. The visuals, the score, the performances and certain scenes were great but the the pacing was too slow at times. It’s not a very tight movie and a lot of scenes reminded me of other films. Its a good looking film but gotham could’ve been more gothic. It doesn’t have dune or bladrunner level visuals but the pacing is kind of similar. I couldn’t get a read on catwoman’s character she just appeared whenever the plot needed her to but they had good chemistry. Also hated the cgi looking joker at the end. It diluted the riddler’s impact because they’re very similar. Overall really enjoyed it and want to watch it again. Emo traumatized batman who is figuring shit out on the job is great and robert pattinson knocked it out of the park.

Loved the Scary 2b and 9s nier automata shirt and I will buy this journey Batman goes through in this. So many superhero movies these days yet very few truly understand the purpose of their existence, being symbols of hopes etc etc. May or may not be the best Batman in Gotham. But definitely the best Gotham for a Batman. I really like the daredevil’s atmosphere! One nitpick I had was the car chase sequence. It was awesome but it kind of put me off that batman was willing to risk the lives of countless civilians to catch the penguin and then he just let him go afterwards. Also one nitpick is that he never punched any of the main bad guys esp penguin, falcone, or the riddler. Those dudes had it coming. I wish we saw Batman beat the shit out them but instead we see him do that to random thugs. What is the best viewing experience for this? Is it Imax? Or perhaps Dolby? Imax or Dolby. Please for the love of god go somewhere with a good sound system
