My fiancé was raised to sit to pee. His mother was too frustrated at cleaning up after his father’s failed aim that she refused to do with with a child also. Just don’t sit for too long because it cuts off circulation. Also, standing just makes a mess. If at home, that can get real nasty. There are many arguments that sitting down is also better for mental health, giving men time to pause and reflect in a quiet space.
