I’m not on the Retro Fan Art Design Shaggy and TLC Hot Summer Nights T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this Claims team so I don’t know how the procedure for Host Damage Protection requests work. I wouldn’t be surprised if everything is based on internal trainings only though. If the guest denies to pay, AirCover covers the Host if the documentation provided is in order – we need a full inventory of items and recepits to justify the loss. There is an arbitration clause in airbnbs TOS, hosts have a contract with Airbnb and guests have a contract with Airbnb. There is no relationship between hosts and guests, in the legal sense. Are you a lawyer or just giving your opinion? Why would there not be a relationship between host and guest? Guest is host’s invitee, guest has a right to access the property from the host. This is even more so when the stay is over 30 days, a tenancy is created, no? Airbnb says in its TOS it is merely an advertising and transaction platform. If a guest gets injured on hosts property because of the hosts negligence, the claim would be against both, host and airbnb. So, a legal relationship between host and guest is created.

If guest has an issue they take it up with Airbnb, Airbnb has the Retro Fan Art Design Shaggy and TLC Hot Summer Nights T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this right to final decision. If a guest gets injured they submit a claim with Airbnb who forwards it to an insurance adjuster. The decision and payout stems from Airbnb and their insurance adjuster, the host and their insurance doesn’t get involved. Now of course the guest could attempt to claim that but I would tell them their avenue is via Airbnb. Insurance adjusters are not arbiters of liability and airbnb can decide only for airbnb, which is like saying, “I’m always right forevermore,” it doesn’t mean a lot. The case I’m dealing with it appears legally innept people work in the claims department. Guest could attempt to claim what where?
