My amazing cat/ “the Premium sunflower Gnome Playing Guitar Hippie Gnomes American Flag shirt in other words I will buy this mini menace” is no longer allowed to sleep in my room at night so that I can get enough sleep to be functional at work and she doesn’t get yelled at by a sleepy me who might be more angry than I normally would want to be (having a glass of water knocked off a shelf onto my head while asleep was a bad one lol). We tried a few weeks of “co-sleeping” before I finally had enough and we entered this arrangement. She gets tons of love and attention during the morning and evening when I’m home, and has more toys and climbing structures than she knows what to do with lol. I felt guilty for a long time because I’ve always had my animals sleep on my bed with me before, but sometimes compromises need to be made for the mental health of all lol. I keep hoping she’ll chill out as she ages (only 1-2 or so now based on the vet’s guess), then she’ll be allowed to sleep in the room with me again!

My boy found the Premium sunflower Gnome Playing Guitar Hippie Gnomes American Flag shirt in other words I will buy this ultimate way to piss me off lol he’ll fish a wrapper out of the trash and start chewing on it right next to me in bed so that I’d wake up. It’s how he says he’s hungry, the evil bastard. My guy is locked in the laundry room every night. This is for my safety as well as his. He is EXTREMELY territorial, and unfortunately, the neighbors have a free roam cat that drives my cat nuts. He has torn through screens, bites, and scratches – all to get out to fight this cat. Kittens are basically toddlers. The BEST way to make sure they sleep through the night is to wear them out as much as possible before bedtime. My girlie Pippin was a massive crackhead as a kitten. I had to watch her like a hawk because she was always getting into things. She was also determined to never let me sleep for even a minute lol. I felt like a sleep deprived mother.
