It’s possible they don’t know how to check. I was a TL for a year and a half and I just found out about a month ago how to check. I only needed to see because one of my guys had more than 5 points and I wanted to know if he had enough to take some away. I never once checked it for time off requests. They can see how much time you have. If they want to look they can see it. I approve time off for other associates and I have to verify they have the Premium minnesota Vikings Twins And Timberwolves City Champions Shirt also I will do this time available. My store personnel told me that if they search specifically for your accrued pto/PPTO they can see it, otherwise it just comes across the time off request screen that you requested with pto/ppto. Alternatively, if you do the thing where you use PTO for your five day stretch and put two unpaid days on each side for your “weekend”, just make it all PTO and do 4 hours each day except for one day.

What they should have just came out and said is don’t try to take any free time off because we will deny it for coverage and force you to use your ppto or PTO or take a hit on points LOL They started this Premium minnesota Vikings Twins And Timberwolves City Champions Shirt also I will do this at my store a few months ago. Our turnover is huge. Imagine having to work for 3 years before you start to get regular PTO. I’m aware of when pto gets earned. Part time or not, they’re supposed to approve or deny time off requests based on coverage only, regardless of pto being used or not There’s way more than that. There’s also bereavement time, voting time, jury time, and more. The policy about unpaid time I’m referred is where it says to approve time off requests based on coverage only, regardless of pto/ppto before used or not.
