I think my issue is people assuming that Republicans are more fiscally responsible. That isn’t necessarily true. However for a person like me who lives my life spending a lot of time balancing my family budget, I want the Pop art margot robbie trending shirt besides I will buy this government to do the same. There was no major party option for a person who wants to get control of our country’s debt in last presidential election. There was only an option for how we wanted to run up the debt in my opinion. I get investment but there are already too many poorly managed government “investment” programs that are huge wastes of money. The government needs to change the way it operates particularly at the federal level where there’s incentives to waste money rather than save money and increase efficiency. Being fiscally conservative means I don’t think our solution to everything should start with deficit spending to increase our debt to gdp ratio. Can we rearrange some of our other financial priorities like government subsidies for many private industries? Or is the concern that we’re building a house of cards through deficit spending that no politicians want to tell the truth about?

“I support peoples rights to be their fabulous selves but don’t believe the Pop art margot robbie trending shirt besides I will buy this government is capable of delivering programs that actually work.” Sick straw man. Nobody actually wants homeless people to die for any fucking reason. You people are brainwashed. Yes. Outside of the US fiscal conservatives are just called liberals. Because liberalism is a center right ideology, not a leftist one as much as far right propaganda would like you to believe that. Sooo how many homeless people have you given enough money to so they aren’t homeless? Hhhmmm or right commie little shitcunt wants other people to pay for them… fuck off. I guess you could argue what “fiscally conservative” means, but to me it’s usually about controlling government debt, size, and responsibilities. And not caring about the life decisions others make around you such as what they do with their body or how they define themselves. How far you take each point is another discussion entirely. Neither party has done a good job reigning in spending and the debt. And yes, it’s a popular talking point for Republicans they rarely seem to be held accountable for. But the Democrat response seems to be, well Republicans are spending money, debt doesn’t matter, we’ll spend more. But you only get two options in the US so you have to choose. “Fiscally conservative, socially liberal” seems to be a group who tries to walk the line between the two.
