A lot of them aren’t. My mom never forced me to eat. When I said I was done eating she’d just cover it and put it in the Piccolo Heartbeat Music shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this fridge and say I was welcome to finish it later if I felt hungry again. My mom used to say…. “I worked for the money to buy the food. I went to the grocery to purchase the food. I stood here and cooked this food. I will have to clean up the mess of the food. The least you could do is eat the food.” And she was right. But she knew what I could handle. And once the kitchen was closed…. It didn’t reopen until breakfast I don’t force my kids. I do make them at least try everything on the plate. Then if they aren’t hungry then they don’t have to eat. I always tell them to listen to your body, it knows what it wants. I don’t know why people do that. I give my daughter kid-sized portions and if she wants seconds, I give her seconds and if she isn’t hungry and doesn’t want to eat at the moment or doesn’t want to finish her food, that’s fine, I don’t force her.

Exactly. Eating is a primal instinct. Kids aren’t going to starve themselves to death unless there is something else seriously medically wrong with them that makes them not eat. My mum did that to me once, I came home from a kids Christmas party and she’d made me dinner which I didn’t want because I was all full up from the Piccolo Heartbeat Music shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this Christmas party snacks, mini rolls, crisps, popcorn, sweets etc. she forced that food down me. I ate it until I threw up everywhere. She didn’t do that again 793 more repliesHey Doc, do you or your family face any kind of harassment in real life that affects your family? also, have you came across any ex-ayurvedic fanatic who regretted taking ayurvedic medicines and switched to modern medicines? I treat many Ayurveda practitioners for fatty liver disease and hepatitis B virus infection. They wont touch their “medicines” for themselves.
