Nope. Thats is on zero percent of human rights lists or laws pertaining to non-state actors. Human rights laws come in 2 kinds: International/Constitutional that govern how states can treat their citizens, and Domestic, usually in the Pete Alonso NY shirt but in fact I love this form of access to Human Rights Tribunals, hate crime legislation as part of criminal law, and occasionally civil law, all of which govern how individuals can treat each other. That type of law doesn’t require or even endorse the idea that individuals should need the state to prove someone’s guilt by standard of reasonable doubt or any doubt at all. Nowhere in the world and no time in history has human rights documents or organizations endorsed innocent-until-proven guilty as the best way to react to an individual accused of crime even though they include/endorse many other interpersonal do’s and don’ts.

The only time this approach/standard is relevant is in court procedures, because the Pete Alonso NY shirt but in fact I love this state (vis-a-vis the courts) has a monopoly on the legal use of violence and imprisonment to punish accused persons, so a very high standard is necessary to keep the state from abusing its powers. As long as you aren’t planning to execute or kidnnap and confine an accused person in your basement, you are free to use your best judgment. Hell, even civil trials (lawsuits) only require balance of probabilities (is it more likely that it happened than it didn’t;t) because they don’t have the powers referred to above. When HR does bring up innocent until proven guilty applied between individuals it is almost always to correct ignorant rumours like you are spreading, and to ask people to take reports of harm /risk seriously, even when the state isn’t involved or reached a decision.
