If they counteroffer you less than you ask for but you still want to take it, take it. It’s entirely up to you whether you want to do the Perpetual groove dec 28 and 29 2023 Charleston pour house art poster shirt In addition,I will do this job for what they offer after you tell them what you want. Your minimum number in reality is just lower than you told yourself. The upper range is usually one employee who’s been there for 20-30 years and they by law have to post it – the real pay is likely 85k area You need to explain to them why you need $106 to do the job properly. You have to let them know what they get in return so it’s doesn’t come across like a handout to them. Just tell them that you can’t take the job for that pay. If you havent told them what you are currently making just tell them you currently make 100k and won’t leave for a pay cut and actually you were expecting more or at least the same as you are making now. You don’t need the job so I would say you have a better position in the negotiation.

Then after 2.5 years I managed to become an integral part of our company and negotiated 90k a year. Because of me other seniors also got an increase. My point being is that often salaries are a suggestion, negotiable and sometimes the employeer needs to shift their paradigm. I honestly wouldn’t even counter. I would just say “This is far below my current salary and it makes no sense for me to even negotiate. If you would like to come back with something closer to my expectations I’m happy to look at it, but at this point, please consider my application withdrawn.” If they really wanted you, they would have offered you more than your current salary. Or at least equal to it so you could negotiate from there.
