I have a family member who went to prison for murder. I have friends who were amazing people but are now thieves and criminals due to addiction. I have friends who USED to be criminals but are now some of the Penn State Nittany Lions Ncaa Ho Ho Ho Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this most amazing people you could ever hope to meet. Just my opinon, Im not saying you’re wrong for you feel. I might be down-voted for this but I feel like I must voice my opinion on this. If your friend is being accused of sexual assault by multiple people, I think that’s a valid reason to drop them as a friend… The amount of hurtful things I’ve heard from my mother and yet she’s still my mother, there’s no cancelling that lol Ohhh I beg to differ, when mine decided to take my marriage announcement as an opportunity to retraumatize me with her beliefs she had been forcing on me since childhood, I canceled that bitch immediately. Literally made my husband cry after thinking he was accepted in my family, only to be told that would never happen to his face. Lmao being a rapist isn’t the same as liking pineapple on pizza, get real. I think that’s a perfectly legitimate reason to cut someone out Noones said that and Willam is an adult who can choose who he spends his time with. I, and others, are very specifically calling out the double standards of how shangelas friends have regularly spoken about SA and abuse allegations and how they’re talking about shangelas allegations. I don’t think most of the (adult) fan base would begrudge these people keeping their human relationships, but Willam (and others) are very much supporting shangela through this (as evidenced by willams response to the YT comment) and we are allowed to judge them for that.

That’s her friend who’s she’s known and worked with for well over a decade. I don’t think it’s crazy to give someone you know that well benefit of the Penn State Nittany Lions Ncaa Ho Ho Ho Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this doubt when there’s no concrete evidence on either side. Some dude just killed himself over false grooming allegations. While I’m certainly not defending Shangela, maybe we shouldn’t immediately assume someone’s a serial rapist based off Reddit threads? It’s a tricky area to navigate. There is no case because they don’t have enough evidence to start a criminal trial. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty is a human right TLDR: No, the presumption of innocence and burden of proof only applies to state actions against its citizens. Human Rights orgs and standards actually advocate that people NOT to apply this as private individuals, for reasons supplied below. You are wrong and risk harming many people through perpetuating this falsehood. “There is no case because they don’t have enough evidence to start a criminal trial. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty is a human right”
