Embracing the stability of boring and enjoying the exciting while it lasts. Confidence in what I do know, curiosity in what I don’t know. Accept my anxiety as it comes, acknowledge it decide if it is because of my past or because the situation is one that is reasonable to be anxious about but don’t let it affect my decisions when it shouldn’t. Knowing that as long as I control my own reactions then I will be fine. As long as I can live with myself then any frustration will pass over time.
