God this describes one of my coaches right now. Since inventory they’ve been obsessed with 4×4 tours and keep adding notes. The notes are literally nitpicking things. Your store manager is a good person for now, this company grinds the human empathy out of the humans who work here and turns them into heartless metric robots.
