After 6 months, start shopping yourself out for other opportunities if they have not yet come through. If you like the Oklahoma Sooners 2023 Women’s Softball College World Series Shirt moreover I love this role, you’ll be able to move and raise your salary thanks to the chance they are giving you. If you don’t like the role, you can always tell them you don’t want it and return to your old job. Im sorry, but in my opinion all these comments are garbage and exactly what a low performer would say. You bring up salary and they’ll immediately think that you are not focused on the role, and only on yourself. You want to do well? Make this whole situation easy and seamless for the CIO & COO. Dont bring up money – dont make the conversation a big deal. Just ask them what sort of updates they would like, how often they would like them, and what template do they want them in. Tell them that you’re excited for the opportunity and are seeking feedback as you transition into the role. What I would recommend is that you document the conversation by sending an email to whoever you are negotiating with (HR, COO, etc) and list in the email what you think the offer is and if possible acquire the job description and a list of expectations and then try to set an official period for review: 3 months? 6 months? etc. Document it all in email.

Then do the Oklahoma Sooners 2023 Women’s Softball College World Series Shirt moreover I love this best job you can. Generally people won’t try to screw you over as long as you are legitimately trying. Worst comes to worst? You get 6 months experience as a Director to add to your resume. More responsibility, stress and workload for the same pay…??? If you do it. Secure the title and update that resume. The only way up is to get hired by a competitor. Sounds like they want you to work two jobs for the price of one. They will never be comfortable with giving you a raise. You have two options. Decline, because you never get what they are saying. Also, expect retaliation if you do turn it down. The second option is to take the position get trained in the role. Then update your resume and start looking for a new job with more money. You will never get to “grow into it” level they are happy with and if they are ever are they will grossly underpay you. I’m sorry to say you just got screwed.
