I’ve just got back after a 6 month break albeit under different circumstances and it can be intimidating but know that you won’t be expected to pick up where you left off and this is a fresh start. You can do this. I never truly understood the Official McLaren F1 Team Castore Unisex 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix Shirt moreover I will buy this meaning of mental health days and wish I took full advantage of them when I was given the opportunity, so this is a general PSA to be kind to yourself. This is very sound advice. If you draw the analogy to a physical injury, if you pulled a muscle or sprained your ankle, you wouldn’t keep hitting the gym and compounding this issue. You’d give yourself some time to recover. It’s the same with mental health and workplace stress, etc. Sometimes, you can double down and keep on going but you need to be realistic and give yourself some space to decompress before a small ‘injury’ becomes a big one.
