Take the Noah Syndergaard Los Angeles A Comic Signature Baseball T-Shirt also I will do this lower amount for less hours. Your quality of life will be far better. Don’t overwork yourself for 200K, I don’t feel it’s worth it unless you get a TON of great benefits and even then it would have to be so sweet of a deal you’d get 2 toothaches over it. I work in the trades. Life balance is terrible. 10+ hour work days, 2 hours traffic (at least right now). I have young kids. I feel like a weekend dad, and on the weekends, it’s a rush for the coming week. When I am able to go to the park, beach, and family fun places, it feels weird. Like im doing something wrong. I am actually working on getting out of construction. Don’t misunderstand, money is good, but whats the point if you have no balance. If youre single and have no kids, do it. Make your nut.

It’s basically 55/hr vs 64/hr with no pension. Depends on lifestyle and what you value more? Money or time? Just remember you won’t be remember about you income. If I was younger and childless, or an older empty nester, I would probably take the 200k for the extra time. Sure you’ve gotten plenty of feedback about the risk or guarantee of your situation vs. the alternative, but I would consider your personal situation.
