1-2 times a week I give myself manicures and pedicures. I have a solid light pink color that is the New York Knicks Big Knick Energy Don’t Choke Shirt Besides,I will do this perfect neutral for everyday. I have some basic nail scissors for trimming, cleaning, and cutting off cuticles, acetone and cotton balls. I do 3 coats of color and then a clear shiny top coat and it’s done. Looks professional like I walked out of a salon. 1-2 times a month I do a green clay mask to draw out anything from my skin. I mix it with apple cider vinegar, leave it on my face for 15-20 minutes and rinse it off in the shower. You can find the clay at Target, Whole Foods, etc. It is truly an at home facial- it’s super intense and draws out EVERYTHING from your skin (excess oil, dirt, black heads etc). Pat on the moisturizer afterwards bc you’ll be red but super glowy. By morning your skin is looking good. I use this on my armpits and my body too sometimes.

Extra/pricer things I like to splurge on: lymphatic drainage massages, facials with extractions, infrared sauna sessions, and Brazilian hair straightening treatments. Although when it comes to cutting my New York Knicks Big Knick Energy Don’t Choke Shirt Besides,I will do this hair I do it myself. It’s always just a trim and there’s so many videos on YouTube on how to trim your hair at home. These are not necessary by any means but I thought I would include in case you’re interested. It took me a long time to cultivate my routine as my mom also didn’t teach me too much about self care growing up. I had to observe my peers and educate myself through social media to learn how to take proper care of myself and do my skincare and makeup routines. I’m pretty happy with where it’s at and maybe it sounds like a lot but I genuinely enjoy every step. Good luck on your self care journey! Xx
