I shower daily because I work out a lot and my hair gets greasy if I don’t. Lots of people get away with showering less. I shave whenever I feel like it (I don’t think we owe anyone any body hair specifics). Sometimes I shave every other week, sometimes every other month. I don’t wear makeup ever and I usually do a quick ponytail or a bun. I think folks that know me would say I’m totally clean and put together with an outdoorsy/laid back/all natural appearance. I wonder what kind of clothing you’re wearing? And how you treat your body? E.g., exercise, what you eat etc. Those things matter too. You can wear any clothing you like, but you could consider being intentional about it if you want. Shower once a day: body wash, shaving cream, razor for shaving, exfoliating scrub for face (I use one from Aesop for my face), and a body scrub from Target. Face wash (always double or triple cleanse), shampoo, conditioner (use when needed as I don’t wash my hair daily) and then I use a body oil all over before I pat myself dry.
