Not sure how long the party will continue, but ublock origin extension (in chrome/Edge), or just using Brave to watch youtube on PC at least clips out all of the google/youtube inserted adds at no cost. We all know how adblock and sponsor skip works but I would never recommend it and introduce it to people tbh. Mainly If everyone uses it YouTube will have to take drastic action and also it’s a huge detriment to creators.

ok but predatory advertising is still predatory advertising, not my problem they built their platform on an unstable model. Honestly youtube premium is 100% worth it’s and youtube music is much better than spottify and that’s included.
