But a shitload of positive impact. When I’ve got downtime at work I can do my chores and prep dinner which means when I’m done with work for the New Edition 44th Anniversary 1978 2022 Shirt Besides,I will do this day I have a hell of a lot more free time Exactly. There is no reason to waste time and gas being stuck in traffic just to go sit in an office. Even more importantly there is no reason for the extra aggravation Depends. We had a few people who’s productivity dropped to almost nothing. Most people will do well, but some less mature folks absolutely need supervision. Definitely depends on person. Feels like I’ve been on holiday for 2 years, I probably work 10 hours a week and get paid for 40. I love working from home, but in all honesty I am just simply not good at it. I’m sure a big part of it is the fact that I have ADHD, but I find it INCREDIBLY difficult to get work done at home because I have access to all the things I’d rather be doing and no coworkers sitting all around me able to see what I’m doing if I start slacking. I don’t think I’d ever accept a non work from home position again at this point, but frankly I was FAR more productive when we were in the office… it absolutely depends on the person. I get more done since there’s no commute. There’s also some coworkers who think it’s a holiday, and will not respond or do any work Been working remotely since March 2020. Productivity went through the roof. Being an introvert in the office is hard. I don’t want to talk to people constantly bothering me. I just put me 2 weeks in because I applied for a job out of state that was in office. I told them I only work remote and they agreed. I start next month. They want me to fly to the office once a quarter for a few days. I can live with that.

I work hybrid and find that I need to work harder the New Edition 44th Anniversary 1978 2022 Shirt Besides,I will do this day before I go into the office just to make sure I don’t fall behind on the day I’m in the office. I’m extra productive when doing help desk WFM. I wash clothes, I clean around the houses I feel like I’m actually doing shit all day at the end of shift. It’s because most office jobs are inherently unproductive. Might as well be at home and not a slave to appearances when they don’t matter anyway. I’m so much more productive, I almost hate myself for it. I would ? quit before before going back to the office. It the one thing I wouldn’t even consider. My wife works for a large and one of the most well known companies in America and she just went back to the office. She said she was 100x more productive working from home. All the people stopping by her desk/chitchatting/lunch with coworkers. Not that it’s a bad thing. It in terms of actual work she was way more efficient working from home though. I miss remote schooling, i got so much more done and was actually able to have a work/life balance. Unfortunately my company didn’t think they were getting their moneys worth out of us (grades were up across all trades) and forced us back in person. Now classes are dealing with covid and it’s been a disaster. I found working from home made me less productive in my work and my home life. I started getting the mentality that I could catch up on work or do a load of laundry any time I wanted, so I just put everything off. It’s not the same for everyone but for me working from home was detrimental. Now I have an in office job and I am actually using my time at work and at home more productively. However, I think it would depend on the job and what you do whether staying home would be suitable. For example, if you’re just doing things on computers at work, then why not? But for things like lab work and needing to be around lots of chemicals for work you’d obviously need the workspace to be in. You need the stock, equipment and everything to be set up properly.
