The interview was entirely standing up behind him, looking at examples of papers and maps on his desk. He offered me the job, I declined. I ended up working for him through another employer as an in kind professional labor trade deal, and the dude was very extra. Spent 2 days with him fiddling here and there distracting his own crew from doing the field work he was supposed to have us work on. Ended up doing other tasks that were not in the “job description.” I went back to my boss and told him, never to work a deal like that again, and we didn’t.
