She thinks this because one of my co-workers has also been burnt out and saw the signs, she tried to tell me and I didn’t listen. My co-worker then went to my boss trying to hint to my boss that maybe I wasn’t doing great any more, and in my boss mind this meant that I absolutely must have had an in depth conversation with my co-worker about how I wasn’t feeling great and simultaniously hiding it from my boss. Which absolutely was not the case, and I have tried to explain this to her several times but she does not listen. Unfortunately I don’t have it in writing. And I’m in Sweden which definitely protects religous freedoms but since we’re so very secular I’m not sure that it would be completely understood. But I’m thinking about calling my union and see what they say.
