If it was just the name, I’d agree it’s ridiculous, but I don’t think anyone would be outraged if I set up a cellphone shop called “Z-Mobile” and made my logo magenta and then got sued by T-Mobile for infringing in their trademarks Nothing there reminds me of Chipotle. They use a really clean, simple all-caps font. On every item. I’m not sure what advertising contains the color they’re mad about. Chipotle is a flavor. Chipotle chicken is a term tons of companies use. It’d set a terrible precedent to rule in Chipotle’s favor.
