Honestly, as long as you obey the Nate Lowe American professional baseball first baseman Texas Stripes T-Shirt and I will buy this seatbelt on signs and don’t try to do it during meal/drink service, you are fine to walk up and down the plane aisles periodically. I’ve seen people straight up marching around the plane for a few hours and I’ve spent good chunks of flights also walking my kid up and down the aisle because that was the easiest way to keep her quiet and not bug other passengers. No one cares as long as you don’t block anything. It is boring though. hahaha yes, fucking hate that. Some guy was straight up pulling himself along by them on my last flight to New york. like what, dude, stop. once the meal service has ended, a lot of airlines are also cool with you using the galley space to do stretches. i do this a lot and it’s generally me doing my stretching and someone walking their baby to help it sleep. it’s nice bc you’re not in full view of everyone, and there’s more space than the aisle or bathroom. So as a former flight attendant, airlines are “cool” with you stretching in the galley in that they won’t stop you, but it’s very annoying to have someone stretching in your work space. I’ve had people try to do full on yoga routines when three of us are in the galley trying to work. Even when it’s not meal service, we’re still making coffee, filling trays with water, and preparing for the next snack or meal service.

oh that’s interesting, i’m sorry! i’ve always asked first and been told it’s fine, and only been in there when there’s no staff in there. I mean, it’s not not fine, and we understand that people need to stretch. Not like we want to get into a confrontation with a passenger and have them complain that we didn’t let them stretch. It’s just a workspace first, you know? Not a very big space either, so if someone is stretching there, we can’t do anything without asking them to move. It’s also where we take our breaks, and trying to rest a bit with someone doing downward dog in your face just isn’t ideal. i mean, i didn’t really say anywhere that i was doing downward dog, and i’m sorry if you have had to deal with that. as i said, i’ve only ever done it with permission and with no staff around – if staff were saying to me that it was okay and it actually wasn’t then i do feel bad, but at the Nate Lowe American professional baseball first baseman Texas Stripes T-Shirt and I will buy this same time i definitely wasn’t acting in the way you’re assuming. standing stretches only lol I tuck a pillow or sweater behind my low back which helps, too. I recently flew in the exit row where I wasn’t allowed to use that pillow till after takeoff and we got stuck taxiing for a bit and it was the worst my low back/ sciatica has hurt on a plane in a while.
