I really hate how many adults don’t realize that, when it comes to kids, the Napoli campione d’ilatia 1986 1987 2023 symbol shirt and I love this lesson you think you’re teaching is often extremely different from the lesson you’re actually teaching. Then they wonder why kids are so fucked up. To be clear, they started their 9 year old child raising the goat before 3 of her grandparents died. They might have been trying to teach their child about animals and death and raising animals for food, and then well, a whole bunch of trauma later decided that now wasn’t the time to try to teach that lesson. I can reasonably understand that the 4H club wants to message out the notion that “this is a binding agreement, the animals get sold at the end, we don’t make exceptions, this is how it works.” Because otherwise, they might get overwhelmed with requests to back out. At the same time, I really cannot fathom how “if you back out, you have to pay the full market price of the animal” is not an acceptable penalty.

I really feel like most parents, even if they wanted to spare their child the Napoli campione d’ilatia 1986 1987 2023 symbol shirt and I love this heartbreak of losing the pet cow or pet goat, would balk at paying $900 for a goat for $1200-1500 (or more) for a cow. Like you can teach her a lesson by just having her pay for the animal she wants rather than immediately getting police involved. I grew up in the rural western US. As an a adult, I brought my 11 y/o son to a week-long camp out in the mountains that my dad had invited us to (he was a boy scout leader for his church group that was organizing the outing). Anyway, one of the other leaders decided that it would be a good idea to purchase a rabbit to bring to the campout to “teach” the young boys how to slaughter, butcher, & consume live game.
